Order Processing
We aim to process all orders promptly upon receipt. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with DHL tracking details. You can track your parcel at any time using DHL’s tracking service.
Delivery Times
- UK – Next Business Day delivery available for orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday)
- Orders placed after 2pm are processed on the following business day
- Orders placed on weekends or UK Bank Holidays are processed on the next business day
While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing, adverse weather, or courier network issues. We will keep you informed if this happens.
Delivery Address
Delivery will be made to the address provided at Checkout. Please ensure the details are accurate, as we cannot accept responsibility for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.

- Europe – 2 to 3 Business Days: £27.99
- USA – 2 to 3 Business Days: £27.99
- Rest of World – 2 to 3 Business Days: £37.99
- Click & Collect – Available from our Liverpool store: Free
Please note: We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
International Taxes & Duties
We ship all orders from the UK. If your delivery address is outside the UK, local import duties, taxes, and any additional charges may apply.
To make the process seamless, we offer the option to prepay all applicable duties and taxes at checkout. This ensures there are no additional charges upon delivery. These fees are calculated automatically and displayed before you complete your purchase.
International delivery times may vary slightly due to customs clearance procedures in the destination country.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us at info@andreakosta.co.uk before returning it. We will provide specific instructions and resolve the issue swiftly.
Lost, Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible at info@andreakosta.co.uk so we can investigate with the courier.
For parcels that have been delivered, any damaged or missing items must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
