Delivery & Returns Policy

DELIVERY TERMS AND DELIVERY COSTS

We will endeavour to process your order as soon as possible once received. Once you have placed an order you will receive email confirmation letting you know we have received your order.

When your order is ready to ship, we will send you a further confirmation of dispatch.  

Any orders placed after 3pm will be processed the following day and will not be eligible for Next Day delivery. Any orders made on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage caused by any delay in delivering your order. We will try to keep you informed in the event of any delay.

Delivery will be to the address specified by you when ordering. Delivery charges are as follows:

  • UK Priority Delivery (1-2 Days) – £7.99
  • UK Free Delivery (1-2 Days) – When you spend over £200.00
  • Offshore Standard Delivery (2 Days) – £30.00 (Northern Island, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Wight)

Currently we don’t offer shipping outside of the UK. We also do not deliver to PO boxes.

RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for purchasing our products.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item(s) purchased within 14 calendar days of your purchase.

The item(s) must be in the same condition that you receive them, unworn with their tags and original packaging included and undamaged in any way. Please also ensure your items are securely packaged when sending the parcel(s) back and you also retain proof of postage. If, the items are not returned as above, you will not be eligible for a refund.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S)

Login to the My Account section of our website (on the righthand side of the Menu with the person icon) and follow the steps to complete an online return request for the item(s) you wish to return.

This will initiate a Return Request which we will approve or decline from our side once received.

Once you receive the Approval email package your item(s) securely, include the Delivery Note that came in your parcel and post the parcel back to us using your preferred mail or courier service. We would advise you to use a recorded service and obtain proof of postage as you are liable for the goods up until we receive them.

All returns are paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed by Andréa Kọsta.

It usually takes between 5-10 business days to receive your returned parcel before we can process your refund.  

After we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. Please note that the Delivery cost is non-refundable. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If any items are damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

PAYMENT

Unless otherwise stated, all prices shown on the Website are inclusive of VAT and other applicable UK taxes. The prices shown do not include the delivery fee, which will be added to your total order cost at checkout.

Orders must be paid for immediately by Credit, Debit card or any of our other alternative payment methods. If we cannot accept your order for any reason, we will process a full refund within 7 days.

FAULTY ITEMS

Our aim is that you will never experience a damaged or faulty item being delivered to you. However if you feel there is a manufacturing fault or you have received an incorrect order please contact us immediately via email at orders@andreakosta.co.uk so that we can personally assist you and resolve any issues as soon as possible.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

We must be notified in writing via email within 10 days of receipt of goods about all damaged goods or shortages. Any notification later than this will result in a void claim.
