Delivery

Order Processing

We aim to process all orders promptly upon receipt. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with DHL tracking details. You can track your parcel at any time using DHL’s tracking service.

Delivery Times

  • UK – Next Business Day delivery available for orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday)
  • Orders placed after 2pm are processed on the following business day
  • Orders placed on weekends or UK Bank Holidays are processed on the next business day

While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing, adverse weather, or courier network issues. We will keep you informed if this happens.

Delivery Address

Delivery will be made to the address provided at Checkout. Please ensure the details are accurate, as we cannot accept responsibility for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.

  • UK – Next Business Day: £7.99 | Free on orders over £300.00
  • Europe – 2 to 3 Business Days: £27.99
  • USA – 2 to 3 Business Days: £27.99
  • Rest of World – 2 to 3 Business Days: £37.99
  • Click & Collect – Available from our Liverpool store: Free

Please note: We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

International Taxes & Duties

We ship all orders from the UK. If your delivery address is outside the UK, local import duties, taxes, and any additional charges may apply.

To make the process seamless, we offer the option to prepay all applicable duties and taxes at checkout. This ensures there are no additional charges upon delivery. These fees are calculated automatically and displayed before you complete your purchase.

International delivery times may vary slightly due to customs clearance procedures in the destination country.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
  • Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit
  • The completed returns form must be included inside your parcel

Items received after 14 days or that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

Returns Process

  1. Log in to Your Account to submit a return request
  2. Locate the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
  3. When you initiate your return, the return shipping fee displayed in the Returns Portal (£7.99) is an estimate for UK returns only
  4. If you are returning an order from outside the UK, the applicable international return cost will differ and will be confirmed in your return approval email 
  5. You can view the correct international return fees in the Return Costs section below
  6. Do not send your item(s) back until you have received your return approval email. This email will include:
    • Confirmation of the correct return shipping cost based on your location
    • Detailed instructions on how to generate your DHL label through our Returns Portal
    • Guidance on arranging courier collection or drop-off

Return Shipping

We use DHL as our courier for returns. You can generate your return label through our Returns Portal.

You can then:

  • Arrange a courier collection (pick-up), or
  • Drop off your parcel at a local DHL location.

Important: You are responsible for ensuring your return is securely packaged and includes the completed returns form. Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us. Please retain proof of postage or collection until your return is processed.

Mandatory Returns Process
All returns must be processed using our DHL returns service via the Returns Portal.
If a return is sent using an alternative courier - whether accidentally or without using our returns service - you will be responsible for all return shipping costs and we cannot accept liability for any loss, delay, or damage incurred in transit.

Return Costs

  • UK: £7.99
  • Europe & USA: £29.99
  • Rest of World: £39.99

Important Notice:
The £7.99 fee displayed in the Returns Portal applies only to UK returns and is shown for reference purposes.

If you are returning an order from outside the UK, the applicable international return fee will be confirmed in your return approval email before you ship your parcel.

The correct international rates are listed above and will be deducted from your refund once your return is processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping fees, as outlined in the Return Costs section, will be deducted from your refund where applicable
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider
  • Items returned outside the returns window or that do not meet the conditions outlined above will be sent back to you without a refund

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalised products (such as made-to-measure or monogrammed items) are non-returnable unless faulty.

The following items can be returned but must meet the conditions below to qualify for a refund:

  • Shoes: Must be returned in perfect condition, including the original box and dust bags. Please try them on using a clean, carpeted surface to avoid damage
  • Socks: Must be unworn and returned with original packaging intact, including the attached card rider
  • Swimwear: Must be tried on over underwear. Returns will not be accepted if the item shows signs of wear

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us at info@andreakosta.co.uk before returning it. We will provide specific instructions and resolve the issue swiftly.

Lost, Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible at info@andreakosta.co.uk so we can investigate with the courier.

For parcels that have been delivered, any damaged or missing items must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

Payment Terms

Currency & Payment

Prices are shown in your local currency based on your location. At checkout, you will be charged in your local currency, and all taxes, duties, and shipping fees will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with a range of secure alternative payment methods.

If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund within 7 days.
