Gift Card Terms of Use

Please review the following terms and conditions. By purchasing, using, or accepting a Gift Card, you agree to these terms.

1. Validity

• Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase

• We recommend using your Gift Card before its expiration to avoid loss of value.

2. Usage & Redemption

• Redeemable online or in-store at: 27 Duke Street, Liverpool, L1 5AP

• Can be used across multiple purchases, in full or in part, until the balance is zero

• Balance is set in the currency of purchase and can only be used in that currency

• To redeem online, enter the unique code at Checkout.

3. Delivery

• If purchased for yourself, the Gift Card will be sent instantly to your email

• If purchased for someone else, it will be sent instantly to the recipient’s email address provided

• Delivery by email is free of charge

• Emails contain a downloadable link to your Gift Card, which can be accessed at any time

• If sending to a recipient, you will receive confirmation once it has been delivered

4. Exclusions

• Gift Cards cannot be used online for made-to-measure, made-to-order, or custom services
  
• They may be redeemed in-store for made-to-measure and made-to-order purchases
  
  

• Cannot be purchased with discounts, promotions, or other gift cards.

5. Non-Refundable & Non-Replaceable

• Gift Cards are non-refundable

• They cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged - please treat your code with care.

6. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

7. Fraud Prevention

• Keep your Gift Card code confidential

• We are not responsible for unauthorised use due to failure to secure your code.

8. Governing Law

• These terms and any related disputes are governed by the laws of England and Wales

• The courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction.
