Validity

The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Usage

The Gift Card can be used across multiple purchases, in full or in part, as long as there is a remaining balance.

Currency

The balance is set in the currency of purchase and can only be used in that currency.

Redemption

To redeem your Gift Card, simply enter the unique code at checkout.

Exclusions

Gift Cards cannot be used for custom orders, made-to-measure services, or any other exclusions specified on our website.

Non-Transferable

Gift Cards cannot be purchased with discounts or other gift cards and are non-refundable.

Loss, Theft, or Damage

Gift Cards are non-replaceable if lost, stolen, or damaged. Please treat your Gift Card code with care.

Fraud Prevention

Gift Card codes should be treated confidentially. We are not responsible for any unauthorised use of your Gift Card due to failure to keep the code secure.

Expiry Notification

We recommend using your Gift Card before its expiration date to avoid any loss of value.
